Last month Starbucks introduced a new multi-serve iced coffee line called “Brewed to Personalize,” available in Unsweetened, Lightly Sweetened, and Caramel varieties. Each bottle contains the equivalent of eight cups, making it convenient for busy mornings, entertaining, or simply keeping ready-to-drink iced coffee on hand. I picked up the Unsweetened version so I could create my own iced coffee beverages at home.
One of my favorite college discoveries was a blended turtle-style coffee drink — rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced with chocolate, caramel, and toasted nuts. I’m sharing a simple recipe so you can make this at home using Starbucks Iced Coffee, milk, ice, chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, chopped pecans and whipped cream. A favorite trick is to drizzle caramel and chocolate inside the glass before pouring the blended coffee for an attractive presentation and extra flavor with every sip.

This version is quick to prepare, customizable for sweetness and milk choice, and makes a great single-serve treat or afternoon pick-me-up. Below is the recipe and simple steps to replicate the blended turtle iced coffee at home.
- 1 cup Starbucks Multi-Serve Iced Coffee – Brewed to Personalize, Unsweetened
- 1 cup 2% milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup, plus extra for garnish
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce, plus extra for garnish
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans
- Whipped cream for topping
- Drizzle chocolate syrup and 1 tablespoon caramel sauce around the inside of a serving glass, then place the glass in the freezer to chill briefly while you prepare the drink.
- Combine the ice, milk, iced coffee, 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup, and the remaining 1 tablespoon caramel sauce in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Remove the chilled glass from the freezer and pour the blended coffee into it.
- Top with a swirl of whipped cream, additional chocolate syrup, extra caramel sauce, and the chopped pecans.
