Sticky Teriyaki Noodles with Sesame and Scallions

Teriyaki Noodles – a quick, comforting meal ready in about 20 minutes. Tender Asian-style noodles tossed in a simple homemade teriyaki sauce.

Teriyaki Noodles

Noodles are one of my favorite quick weeknight meals — they’re comforting, versatile, and satisfying. This teriyaki noodle recipe is especially handy: it uses only a few pantry ingredients and takes about 20 minutes from start to finish. The sauce is bright, slightly sweet, and coats the noodles perfectly.

The ingredient list is short. The only item you might not already have is mirin, a slightly sweet Japanese cooking wine that deepens flavor. If you don’t have mirin, the recipe still works well without it — the dish remains tasty and simple to prepare.
