Get all the cozy fall flavors in just five minutes with this Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip. It’s effortless to prepare, easy to share, and perfect for gatherings or a quiet indulgence at home.

Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts, right up there with warm chocolate chip cookies. I enjoy it in every form—bars, slices, or dips—and this no-bake caramel apple cheesecake dip is a quick way to capture that creamy, spiced apple flavor we crave in autumn. You can prep it a little ahead of time, and while it tastes best after resting briefly, it’s also delicious straight from the bowl if you’re in a hurry.
I used to love the apple chimi cheesecake at Applebee’s—remember that? This dip is my easy, at-home take on that creamy apple-cinnamon goodness. Add a scoop of ice cream for a decadent twist, or serve it as a shareable dessert or appetizer alongside graham crackers, cookies, or sliced apples.

Ingredients
- Apple pie filling (canned or homemade)
- Cream cheese, softened
- Caramel sauce
- Vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar
- Ground cinnamon
- Salt
If you don’t have canned apple pie filling, gently cooked cinnamon apples or a homemade pie filling work well. Just be sure the apples are soft but not falling apart, and let them cool before combining with the cream cheese so they don’t melt it.

How to Make Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip
- In a medium mixing bowl combine the apple pie filling, softened cream cheese, caramel sauce, and vanilla.
- Use a hand mixer to cream the mixture for 1–2 minutes. The mixer will also break the apple pieces into smaller bits as you blend.
- Add the powdered sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt, then mix until smooth and well combined. Adjust sweetness with more powdered sugar if desired.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. You can serve immediately or cover and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour to let the flavors meld and the dip firm up slightly.
To finish, drizzle additional caramel over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts and diced fresh apple. I used a sundae nut blend, but chopped pecans or walnuts complement the flavors best; a milder nut lets the caramel and cinnamon shine.

This dip is creamy with a warm hint of cinnamon that pairs beautifully with apples and caramel. It’s a crowd-pleaser that feels seasonal but comes together in minutes.

If preparing ahead, wait to dice and add fresh apple garnish so it doesn’t brown. If you must prep the apples in advance, toss them briefly in lemon juice to preserve color and add a bright note to the dip.
