How to Make Buffalo Chicken Wraps
These wraps come together in a few simple steps:
1. In a large bowl, place the chicken tenders and season with garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt. Add the buffalo sauce and toss to coat. Set aside.
2. Set up a breading station with two shallow bowls: one with the egg and egg whites beaten together, the other with panko breadcrumbs seasoned with dried parsley.
3. Dip each buffalo-coated tender first into the egg mixture, then into the panko, pressing the crumbs to adhere. Repeat until all tenders are breaded and arrange them on a plate.
